Romano Viazzani was part of this award-winning ensemble between 2002 and 2007. Rearranging the 20th Century was nominated for the BBC Jazz Awards – Best Album of 2005 following the success of the previous album Exile which won the award in 2003. In 2004 the ensemble was nominated as Best Band also for the BBC Jazz Awards. It straddled the worlds of contemporary jazz and world music. This album brings together the talents of:
